LOWRY CONSTRUCTION
INC, the Foreman is responsible for directing field crews, welders, fabricators and laborers.
Responsibilities include:

On-Site Supervision:
Directs field crews, welders, fabricators, and laborers during industrial building, millwright tasks, and equipment installation.
  • Project Execution:
    Translates project plans, blueprints, and scopes of work into daily field tasks while keeping projects on schedule.
  • Quality & Safety Control:
    Enforces strict safety regulations on job sites and inspects completed work for precise craftsmanship and alignment with industrial standards.
  • Resource & Crew Management:
    Assigns daily duties, coordinates material staging, and manages equipment usage on-site.
  • Communication:
    Acts as the primary bridge between boots-on-the-ground workers and company project management
  • Responsible for joining, cutting, and shaping metal materials using a variety of welding, soldering, brazing, and heat cutting techniques.
  • Interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
  • Selecting appropriate materials, tools, and welding methods based on job specifications.
  • Preparing and cleaning metal surfaces for welding, cutting, soldering, or brazing.
  • Operating welding and cutting equipment such as arc welders, gas torches, plasma cutters, soldering irons, and brazing machines.
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure structural integrity and adherence to quality standards.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
  • Ensuring a safe work environment by following company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Must pass drug screening The ideal candidate obtains proven hands-on experience in industrial construction, welding, fabrication, or millwright operations, a bility to read and interpret industrial blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications, strong leadership, team motivation, and on-site problem-solving skills.
welding certification is a plus.
