Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Millwright to join our dynamic manufacturing facility team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs. Duties Install, align, dismantle, and troubleshoot machinery using schematics and technical manuals Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime Repair and replace mechanical components such as gears, shafts, bearings, and hydraulic parts Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate alignment and calibration of machinery Conduct electrical troubleshooting using ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic tools Read and interpret schematics for electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Operate field service equipment including scissor lifts and other access tools safely Maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) records for work orders and asset tracking Diagnose issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage systems, HVAC/R systems including HVAC components Perform welding tasks including <

> welding techniques as required for repairs or fabrication Support technical sales teams by providing maintenance insights and customer service during field service visits Adhere to safety protocols related to high voltage work, industrial electrician standards, and manufacturing facility regulations Experience Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance tasks Familiarity with schematics for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in an industrial setting Knowledge of HVAC/R systems including HVAC components and troubleshooting techniques Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, ammeters, ohmmeters Welding expertise with <
