Job Description
Alamo Oilfield Services, LLC is now hiring a Hydrostatic Tubing Testing helper that will be working directly with a Hydrostatic Tubing Tester Operator that is stationed in the La Grange, TX area. Operations of this job will be working during workover rig operations in the oilfield. The tasks for this job is to include the following:
- Keeping up with Hydrostatic Tubing Testing Unit and supplies with unit.
- Loading and Unloading tools from truck and rig floor.
- Climbing a workover rig derrick (roughly 100' in the air)
- Operating tools on the workover rig floor during pipe installation process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing heavy physical labor outside in the elements for long hours at a time
- Being able to work long hours
- Being able to work weekends and holidays
- Travel to and from job sites that are assigned to the employee
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in upholding the safety culture of AOS Minimum Requirements
- Must not be afraid of heights and be able to climb roughly 100'
- Must have experience doing heavy physical labor for extended periods of time outside
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 yrs.
- Must have the ability to work for extended hours in the elements and be available for work at any time
- Ability to work a twenty-four (24) hour on call schedule
- Must pass drug and alcohol screening
- Live in the La Grange Tx Area. Education/Experience
