Job Description
North Dallas manufacturer of beverage and specialty products, including cosmetic/skincare has an immediate opportunity for Industrial Maintenance Technicians and Manufacturing Line Technicians on our 2nd and 3rd shifts. Our state-of-the-art production facility is conveniently located off Route 35 E and Corporate Drive in Lewisville. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Food, beverage or packaging line maintenance experience is preferable as is familiarity with common bottling, labeling, packaging equipment, ink jet coders, conveyors and all supporting equipment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Work with production personnel to maintain operational effectiveness Preventative maintenance and breakdown repair Equipment installation support Test and diagnose machine faults- Mechanical and Electrical. Calibrate and repair machines as needed Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, electrical circuitry diagrams Troubleshoot machinery and systems using diagnostic equipment Perform scheduled maintenance
- PM's, Improvements, Etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years maintenance experience- manufacturing Strong knowledge of general industrial automation
- photo eyes/pneumatics Familiarity with filling and packaging equipment (bottle fillers, labelers, sleeve applicators, ink jet coders, pumps, conveyors) Boiler, Chiller, Air compressor maintenance and operation
