Job Description

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the San Antonio, TX area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Troubleshoot 5 production lines Prepare, implement, and support weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance as required for all machines and equipment Repair as needed: Operation Equipment, Warehouse Equipment, Facility, Electrical, Plumbing. Safekeeping and inventory of a small tools, kits, and power tools. Set- up of all equipment prior to production runs, changeovers, and assembly (or disassembly). Operate either line (or both, if required) Work with all departments to maintain production and facility goals Complete daily records and work orders as needed Understand levels of line downtime caused by equipment issues and associated points of cause Using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment Equipment should be modified, lubricated, diagnosed, and operated Industrial control systems must be maintained Create and report repairs Complete the necessary work order documentation and keep track of the parts and materials used Requirements Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic experience required Bachelor's degree or industry specific certification preferred 2+ years of maintenance experience is required GED or high school diploma Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
