job summary: Seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician (Millwright) to join a terminal operations team. This role is suitable for a mechanical expert who thrives in a fast-paced, industrical environment and has a deep understanding of rotating equipment. You will be the 'boots on the ground' ensuring the 24/7 facility stays at peak operating efficiency through precision repairs and proactive maintenance.

Seabrook, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 8am to 6pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Troubleshooting and repairing critical rotating equipment, specifically centrifugal pumps, compressors, and hydraulic systems like marine cranes and winchesExecuting scheduled inspections and predictive maintenance on stream systems, firewater pumps, and rail/truck loading facilities to prevent unplanned downtimePerforming technical 'heavy lifting', including the installation, leveling, and laser alignment of pumps and valves to ensure peak operating efficiencyDocumenting all repairs and inspections within the
SAP/CMMS
system and participating in the Management of Chance (MOC) process when equipment service requirements shiftActing as the onsite lead for third-party contractors and inspectors, ensuring their work meets company safety and quality benchmarksMaintaining strict adherence to environmental and safety protocols while working in confined spaces, at heights, or in clsoe proximity to hazardous chemicals qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experience
