Job Description

MWI is a rapidly growing team looking for hard workers wanting a full time career. MWI is a heavy industrial contractor servicing all facets of work throughout the United States with some of the biggest companies in the world including; gold mines, quarries, concrete plants, sand plants, manufacturing facilities, and food producers. Job Description We are in search of ironworkers, millwright, welders, carpenters, pipe fitters, pipe welders, structural welders, fabricators, concrete finishers and all around hard workers who are looking for a full time career. Ironworker of all experience levels are wanted.
Experience in the following preferred:
rigging, welding, crane signaling, bolt up, and ability to read plans. Millwright of all experience levels wanted. Experience in the following areas preferred: equipment alignment, equipment rebuild, bearings, rollers, ability to read plans, pump rebuilds, and gear placements. Carpenters of all experience levels wanted. Experience in the following areas preferred: framing, finish carpentry, and ability to read plans. Welders of all experience levels wanted. Experience or certification in the following areas preferred: fabrication, fitting, structural, pipe, wire feed, tig, 6G, 3G, stick, GMAW, SMAW, and ability to read plans. Concrete finishers of all experience levels wanted. Experience in the following areas preferred: form work, framing, tie rebar, read plans, set elevations, operate equipment, operate power concrete finishing tools. Operators of all experience levels wanted. Grater experience preferred. Safety training such as
OSHA 10, OSHA 30, MSHA 46, MSHA 48
preferred but not required. No matter the trade willingness to work hard is required. All employees will need to be willing to learn and work in all trades. Essential Job Duties / Requirements Willingness and ability to travel to remote job sites is required Have reliable transportation Must arrive to work on time every day Willingness to work with and in all trades is required Willingness to learn all trades Must be able to work at heights Must be able to pass drug tests Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations is required Must be able to lift 75lbs repeatedly. Benefits Employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental benefits after probation period. Pay starts at $22 and goes up based on experience.
