- $40 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications GMP Energy control procedures Metal fabrication Associate's degree Hazardous energy control Full Job Description Overview What You'll Be Doing Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment Setting up, adjusting, and supporting production lines and equipment changeovers Fabricating and repairing parts using welders, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other tools Diagnosing issues quickly and safely — and fixing them right the first time Supporting building maintenance (doors, docks, lighting, and more) Maintaining organized workspaces, accurate parts inventory, and equipment centerlines Assisting and training teammates and operators when needed Following all GMP and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures • What We're Looking For Preferred (but not required): Technical certificate, Associate's degree (Electrical/Mechanical), or equivalent hands-on experience Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment Comfort reading schematics, manuals, and technical documentation Strong problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to learn — we will train the right candidate Maintenance testing will be conducted through the recruitment process to gauge skills and experience.
