Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a GMT II in Milwaukee, WI, where you'll perform essential maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on commercial and industrial facility equipment. This role requires a dedicated professional committed to safety, efficiency, and quality. You will conduct routine inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and address basic repairs in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and follow-through are key. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for contract-to-hire conversion.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting safety inspections and complying with OSHA regulations Performing routine preventative maintenance such as filter changes, lubrication, and cleaning Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building-related issues Documenting work in the CMMS and communicating effectively with team members and clients Assisting with basic carpentry and plumbing tasks, and supporting non-standard schedules, including weekends as needed Providing guidance to subcontractors when necessary
Top Requirements:
