12 Hour Nights (2-2-3 Schedule) or 1st (Monday
  • Friday) Our client in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance technician to keep production machinery and facility systems operating reliably.
The role centers on preventive maintenance, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, equipment repair, and minimizing production downtime in a fast-paced investment-casting manufacturing environment. Apply now!
Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and mechanical equipment
  • Diagnose equipment problems by observing machinery in operation, listening for abnormal conditions, and using precision measuring and testing instruments
  • Disassemble equipment and remove defective components using hand/power tools and material-handling equipment such as hoists and cranes
  • Fabricate or modify repair parts using basic machine-shop equipment and machinist skills when needed
  • Adjust functional components and control devices to manufacturer/company specifications using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, digital multimeters, straightedges, and related tools
  • Coordinate routine preventive-maintenance activity with supervisors and technicians to reduce unplanned downtime
  • Safely operate an electric cart, forklift, articulating boom lift, and manlift as required Requirements for
