A Millwright installs and assembles large industrial machines, such as the equipment in manufacturing facilities. Disassembles and moves machinery between factory sites, and makes repairs. May work at power plants and construction sites.
Night Shift Lead Supervisor duties Drive and operate forklifts, excavators, front-end loaders, off-road dump trucks, and rental equipment like boom trucks and man lifts. Bulk dump truck trailers and pneumatic truck trailers can be loaded and unloaded. Gather raw resources from a water-filled impound and pile them up. Bagging, operating, and driving forklifts in a facility and renting equipment, such as boom trucks and man lifts Preventive maintenance tasks, such as fluid and filter replacements and part lubrication, should be carried out as needed on both mobile and stationary process equipment. Operate and maintain process equipment such as dryers, screeners, elevators, conveyors, pumps, and more. Conduct regular safety checks on a weekly, monthly, and other basis. Help with the disassembling and reassembling of conveyors and screeners. Help with all plant equipment maintenance and repairs, including preventative, routine, and emergency work. Other tasks as needed.
Minimum Position Qualifications/Requirements:
or an equivalent, a high school diploma. If using corporate equipment on State and Federal Roads, you must have and keep a valid driver's license from your state. Prepare the necessary written reports or paperwork. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed. The employee must frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, turn, and twist as well as reach with their hands and arms. have the capacity to repeatedly operate/manipulate the valves, levers, joysticks, foot pedals, handwheels, and other controls on the machines. have good hand-eye coordination. Employees must periodically lift and/or move up to 100 pounds in addition to lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds on a regular basis. This position may have particular vision requirements, such as close vision. Employees must be physically capable of working occasionally in protective gear and clothing while outside for extended periods of time. being able to climb ladders and staircases (including vertical).
