Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment and facilities. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and implement improvements. Your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities Resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC units, and building infrastructure. Install and relocate equipment, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Fabricate parts and tools as needed to support repairs and modifications. Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven mechanical troubleshooting abilities. Solid understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting. Experience with machine safety inspections. Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), preferably Fanuc.
