$30.00 – $36.00 per hour

Van Holten's Pickles is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team in Waterloo, Wisconsin. Why Join Van Holten's? $30.00-$36.00 per hour based on experience Consistent Monday-Thursday 4×10 schedule Three-day weekends most weeks Overtime opportunities available on Fridays and weekends Comprehensive benefits package Stable, growing company with ongoing investment in equipment and facilities Opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and help drive improvement Join the company that invented the Pickle-In-A-Pouch What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and rebuilds Support production changeovers and equipment setup Complete maintenance work orders and related documentation Work closely with operators and production teams to keep the plant running efficiently What We're Looking For Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred Experience working with motors, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulics Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings Familiarity with automated production or packaging equipment is helpful Basic welding, fabrication, or machining skills are beneficial Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems with urgency Comfortable working and communicating in a team-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) environment Employees are expected to provide standard personal hand tools appropriate for the role If you're looking for a stable company, a predictable four-day workweek, and the opportunity to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
