ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tack weld body frames and rings Weld body frame, rings, and feet. Stack rotor laminations onto arbors and weld lams Blueprint reading and following job specs Approve and reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance. Select output and check them using appropriate methods and measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc. Inspect procedures of the entire productions cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards. QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to follow established procedures for safety, quality and general assembly. High school diploma or equivalent required; Higher degree from a technical school is a plus. Certified welder•MIG, TIG, wire feed, aluminum and steel, preferred Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management. Basic computer literacy, preferred Effective communication skills, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to understand the physical and mechanical properties of metal as affected by composition Mechanical working and heat treatments including metal cutting and grinding is desirable. Ability to coach and lead others with respect, dignity, strong communication skills written-verbal.
