Position Overview Nu-Pipe is seeking a CIPP Installation Technician to join our field operations team supporting trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects. This role assists with the installation of Cured-In-Place Pipe systems and performs hands-on construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate has construction, utility, underground, or mechanical experience and enjoys working outdoors as part of a skilled field team. CIPP experience is preferred but not required. What You'll Do Assist with CIPP liner installation and rehabilitation activities. Prepare job sites and equipment for installation. Perform pipe cleaning, preparation, and finishing work. Operate hand tools, pumps, generators, and other construction equipment. Assist with loading and unloading materials. Support equipment setup and breakdown. Perform general construction labor tasks. Follow instructions from Foremen and Superintendents. Maintain safe work practices and jobsite cleanliness. Complete required documentation and inspections. Travel to project locations as needed. Required Qualifications Construction, utility, mechanical, or underground experience preferred. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Comfortable working around heavy equipment. Willingness to learn CIPP installation techniques. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. Ability to work overtime and weekends when required. Preferred Qualifications Previous CIPP experience. Pipe installation or rehabilitation experience. Heavy equipment experience. OSHA 10 certification. CDL is a plus. Work Schedule 10 days on / 4 days off rotation schedule This is a field-based position. Employees report directly to assigned project locations and may travel throughout the region based on project needs.
