Job Title:
RF Test Technician Job Description We are currently seeking dedicated RF Test Technicians to join our growing team. This role requires individuals who are eager to work in a dynamic environment and can operate on either 1st or 2nd shifts. The successful candidates will have experience with various RF testing equipment and demonstrate excellent punctuality and commitment to working flexible hours. Responsibilities Conduct RF testing using equipment such as VNA, PNA, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RF testing. Collaborate with the engineering team in an R D setting to develop and improve testing processes. Ensure accurate and efficient testing procedures to meet company standards. Essential Skills Proficiency in using RF test equipment including VNA, PNA, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers. Strong troubleshooting skills in RF testing contexts. Ability to work 48-52 hours per week as a minimum commitment. Experience in a research and development environment, working alongside engineers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Electronics, or a related field. Capability to work with high-frequency equipment up to 70GHz. Work Environment This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be using advanced RF testing technologies. Technicians may be required to work flexible hours, including extended shifts, to meet project demands. The role involves collaboration with a team of engineers in a research and development setting, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.50/hr.
