Job Description Summary Under supervision, tests, verifies, calibrates, and performs basic testing and troubleshooting on circuit boards, sub-assemblies, and ultrasound probes to assure performance to specifications. Job Description Job Requirements Minimum 2 years relevant experience. High School diploma or GED/equivalent required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions is required Requires, at a minimum, familiarity with the basic functions of digital multi-meter (DMM), Oscilloscopes, frequency counters and signal generators Must have some level of understanding of analog circuit and digital circuit theory, Ohm's law, power formulas, passive filters and basic semiconductors Ability to repair products by using a history record of similar problems Basic computer skills required Must be willing to decontaminate ultrasound probes returning from the field. Must have good hand eye coordination while using a microscope. Good manual dexterity. Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods of time and complete tasks using a microscope.
