Job Description We are hiring an experienced Lead Chiller Technician to join our growing commercial HVAC team. This role is ideal for a senior-level tech who can lead service work, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior technicians while delivering high-quality service to clients. If you have strong experience with chillers, large-scale HVAC systems, and diagnostics, this is a long-term opportunity with top-tier pay, stability, and advancement.
