What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Build Relationships:

Represent yourself and the company with integrity, friendliness, and professionalism.

Diagnose & Repair:

Accurately troubleshoot and fix specialty ice machines, walk-in coolers/freezers, and prep refrigerators.

Preventative Maintenance:

Keep customer equipment running efficiently and hunt for potential safety or maintenance hazards.

Manage Jobs:

Research parts, calculate costs, prepare accurate quotes, and handle customer payments.

Grow Professionally:

Participate in quarterly performance reviews designed to recognize your hard work, track goals, and boost your personal development. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in the refrigeration service industry.

Mindset:

Friendly, self-motivated, eager to learn, and proud of your craft.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Testing:

Ability to pass a basic mechanical/refrigeration aptitude test with a score of 70% or higher.

Screening:

A clean background check and a clean driving record.

References:
