Hiring Expectations:

Job requirements Minimum 2-3 years of HVACR experience EPA 608 Certification required CARO or CIRO (RITA Certification) preferred Trade school education or equivalent hands-on experience in refrigeration, HVACR, or a related field Experience troubleshooting refrigeration systems, compressors, motors, controls, and electrical components Ability to diagnose and repair commercial or industrial refrigeration equipment Knowledge of reciprocating, scroll, rotary, and screw compressors preferred Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus but not required Willingness to learn industrial ammonia refrigeration through company training Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and system documentation Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and team members Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Reliable transportation and an excellent driving record Ability to obtain and maintain Universal EPA Certification requirements if additional credentials are needed Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to work in industrial environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to refrigeration-related materials Willingness to work overtime, on-call schedules, and flexible hours to support customer needs TDI Refrigeration is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
