Job Description

Refrigeration Field Service Technician Location:
Connecticut Compensation $38.00 - $45.00/hour + full benefits Our client is a leading provider of commercial refrigeration and food equipment services across New England. Known for quality service and steady growth, they are looking to add a skilled Field Service Technician to their team. What You'll Do Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair refrigeration and ice machines Complete accurate work orders and service documentation Coordinate parts ordering and installation Maintain an organized service vehicle and inventory Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions Work with manufacturers on advanced diagnostics Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations What You Bring 5+ years of refrigeration or related equipment experience EPA certification Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Experience with gas, electric, plumbing, or steam systems (preferred) Valid driver's license with clean record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills Why Join 401(k) with 4% Safe Harbor match Medical, dental (no-cost), vision, and HSA options Company vehicle with tools provided Paid training and career growth opportunities Quarterly bonus program Life and disability insurance Paid holidays and PTO Referral bonus program Industry Facilities Services
