Refrigeration Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of refrigeration, and mechanical systems across various property facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration units, and related mechanical equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient environment while supporting property maintenance operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for technicians passionate about mechanical systems and eager to contribute to a well-functioning infrastructure. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems, scientific refrigerators, standard laboratory freezers and Ultra-Low Temperature freezers. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to diagnose system issues accurately. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems. Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair electrical components and mechanical parts. Conduct field service operations including appliance repair, equipment replacement, and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports of all repairs performed for compliance and future reference. Assist with property maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, welding projects, and general mechanical troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on refrigeration, HVAC systems, or property maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans
