We are seeking a skilled MHE Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair essential warehouse equipment and facility systems, ensuring smooth operations in our fast-paced cold storage environment. This role is ideal for experienced technicians with backgrounds in material handling equipment, industrial refrigeration, ammonia systems, HVAC, or industrial maintenance. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a diverse range of material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, aerial lifts, and other warehouse equipment. Candidates with experience in ammonia refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or related mechanical trades are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, and aerial lifts. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues, implementing effective solutions. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on industrial refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, and associated equipment. Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance activities on ammonia refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational reliability. Complete work orders and accurately document repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance activities, and parts usage in the CMMS system. Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.
