Job Description
Description Refrigeration Hourly At Pilgrim's, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always. Refrigeration Maintenance is responsible for operating and maintaining troubleshooting and repairs to all refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Monitor system operations. Keep required logs. Examine troubleshoot problems. Repair equipment. Complete P.M.'s. Control start-up and shut-down systems. Inform supervisor or fore -person of potential problems. Participate in PSM and RMP. Follow all OSHA, EPA, and IIAR standards. Follow all company policies. Work around ammonia, Freon, Co2, and natural gases. Learn to operate old and new equipment. Perform other duties as assigned, for example paint, clean, etc … Work is assigned by others but is performed under frequent direction or review and work is assigned by others but is performed with occasional direction depending on work or project to be performed.
Physical demands:
Must be able to walk and stand for duration of the shift and have workable use of both hands . Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to bend, twist, push, pull and reach. Ability to climb stairs.

6PM - 6:30AM Competitive Wages starting at $2 4 . 0 0 /Hour (Includes $1.00 Perfect Attendance Incentive) $2.00 Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd Shift
