Job Overview This is a PM Shift position only. Applicants must be available to work afternoon and evening hours. This is not a day shift position. Join our team as a PM Shift Filtration Supervisor , leading a team of Filtration Technicians while providing environmentally friendly, on-site cooking oil filtration, fryer management, and vacuum-based fryer cleaning services for commercial kitchens throughout Metro Atlanta. This is a working supervisor position. You'll lead by example, perform Filta services alongside your team, provide field support and coaching, troubleshoot equipment and service issues, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise 3 - 5 Technicians Mentors team members Ability to train new technicians and conduct tech evaluations Knowledgeable/Perform all Filta services Ability to identify & upsell additional services to customers Ability to perform minor MFU and Vacuum troubleshooting Ability to perform minor MFU and Vacuum repairs Ability to fix/troubleshoot minor vehicle malfunctions before engaging Fleet services Capability to identify and solve problems on own (Only call if emergency occurs) Communicate any and all issues to management Excellent skills with completing each job in a time efficiency manner Restock basket supplies for technicians for AM or PM shifts Perform back of house duties Able to solve 90% of issues with technicians in the field when called Stocking vehicle with supplies Refueling vehicle Keep the inside of the cabin and cargo space of the vehicle clean and maintain the exterior. Ensures 100% completion of service logs per month Skills Excellent Communication Skill Must have reliable transportation to office Must be able to show up at assigned work schedule Coaching/Mentoring Skills Excellent Customer Service Skills Schedule PM Shift Only Afternoon and evening schedule Full-time Occasional weekend work may be required Applicants must be available to work PM/2nd Shift hours. Working Conditions Work with hot cooking oil Work in the heat of an operational kitchen On occasions work in cool environments (walk in coolers and freezers) In most cases work in an active kitchen Run route solo Work an occasional weekend

Pay:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
