Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Contractor to join our team and deliver exceptional service in appliance repair, equipment maintenance, and field service operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work independently, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems, and provide top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with refrigeration, HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting to ensure our clients' appliances and equipment operate smoothly and efficiently. Duties Perform appliance repairs, refrigeration maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, and electrical repairs in residential or commercial settings. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct equipment assembly, installation, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Utilize a box truck or similar vehicle to travel between job sites efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot mechanical systems, electrical components, and refrigeration units using specialized tools and techniques. Complete detailed service reports, documentation of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Skills Proven experience in appliance repair, refrigeration systems, HVAC maintenance, or related field service roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Electrical experience including wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting electrical components. Delivery driver experience with a clean driving record for operating a box truck or similar vehicle. Skilled in equipment repair, assembly, and general mechanical troubleshooting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly. Ability to work independently in diverse environments while managing time effectively.
