Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Onsite Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline technical expert, providing on-the-ground support for complex Refrigeration, electrical, Mechanical systems. Your primary focus will be ensuring seamless Issues related issues. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly at client sites, applying your technical expertise to solve real-world challenges while delivering exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Any Production, Mechanical, Electrical and CAD issues to be taken from employees there and route to Technical Team in India and get answer from India Team and give solution to Onsite Team Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule maintenance visits, ensure proper system operation, and document all service activities thoroughly. Support Refrigeration, electrical, Mechanical and CAD projects by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. Skills Strong Refrigeration, electrical, Mechanical experience with a focus on Refrigeration systems and infrastructure. Proficiency in Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical and CAD issues for various platforms. Mechanical, Electrical and CAD aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools for tasks. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately. Familiarity with Refrigeration Industry techniques .
