W&B Service Company is a leading provider of heavy-duty truck, trailer, and refrigeration service solutions Position Summary W&B Service Company is seeking an experienced Mobile Carrier Refrigeration Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Carrier transport refrigeration units in the field. This position operates a company-provided service truck and provides on-site support to customers, minimizing equipment downtime. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair transport refrigeration units on trucks and trailers Perform preventive maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues Complete service documentation and repair orders accurately Provide professional customer service on-site Maintain service truck inventory and tools Follow all company and safety procedures Participate in after-hours or on-call rotations Qualifications Experience working on transport refrigeration units Past Mobile technician experience preferred 608/608 EPA certification required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in a mobile environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay We offer a comprehensive benefits program, including, but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) with company matching, Life Insurance, LTD, STD Paid Time Off Company-provided mobile service truck Career growth opportunities Must pass pre-employment testing W&B is an equal opportunity employer
