Shop Technician

Responsibilities :

Perform testing, recharging, and minor repairs of fire extinguishers Empty trash, sweep and mop the shop area Inspect facility grounds and perform ground maintenance Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner Open willingness to continual learning Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.

Required :

Mechanical and/or electrical skills Pass drug and background screenings Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands :

Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly. Must be able to push and pull greater than 75 lbs. as needed. Must be able to perform some repetitive motions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
