We need a full-time professional with experience in roadside trailer repair. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and handle on-the-spot problems. Are you a certified transportation refrigeration technician ? Are you a mobile trailer technician or have diesel engine repair experience and want to advance? Follow checklists ensuring all critical parts are examined. Preventative Maintenance repairs on trailers Attend training classes and keep tabs on factory technical bulletins. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer happiness. Properly complete the service and/or repairs assigned by the supervisor. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures. Maintain your designated workspace in an organized and clean manner. Ensure guest vehicles are returned as clean as they were prior to being serviced Adhere to the manufacturer's policies and procedures as they relate to labor operations, time, and repair order documentation when performing warranty repairs and torque specifications. Any other duties as outlined by the Service Supervisor and or management. Qualifications for our Refrigeration / Reefer Tech Reefer experience or diesel engine repair experience 608 and 609 Certifications or willing to obtain Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen Clean driving record Teammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team Self-motivated and professional Must be able to work independently Physical Qualifications for our Refrigeration / Reefer Tech Sitting, Standing, reaching for extended amounts of time Use job related equipment Climb ladders Lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work independently EEO M/F/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.
