CMC Corporate Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Chiller Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair large commercial and industrial chiller systems. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial chiller systems Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections Familiarity with common commercial equipment brands: Fulton, RayPak, Aerco Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical components (including compressors) Analyze system performance and efficiency Work with building automation and control systems Maintain service documentation and system reports Maintain tools such as combustion analyzers Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently Qualifications 5-7 years servicing commercial chiller systems Strong experience servicing large commercial chillers Knowledge of refrigeration systems and controls EPA Certification preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability Ability to read blueprints and schematics Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Familiarity with centrical chillers All-service tech, familiarity with both boiler and chiller systems Compensation & Benefits 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off) Company vehicle Full health benefits PTO 401(k) Life insurance Work for a company known for excellent culture and long-term careers Stable company with virtually no turnover CMC Corporate Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
