Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answering technical service questions by phone or e-mail. Writing repair instructions. Factory and field technical service training. Presenting to groups of all sizes. Reviewing new products for possible service-related concerns. Be willing and able to work with many other groups within the company on various projects. Candidate must be willing and able to travel occasionally. This is primarily working in an office environment, as this job requires a large volume of phone and e-mail communication. Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required. Qualifications High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Five or more years of refrigeration service experience required. Must possess EPA Certification in safe-handling of refrigerants. Candidate must be organized and detail oriented.
