What you'll do: Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including ductwork, control panels, and refrigeration units. Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across commercial and industrial equipment. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Manage refrigerant handling, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations. Coordinate and mentor field teams, providing hands-on training and evaluating technician performance. Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, maintenance logs, and expense reports. Support on-call rotations to address urgent service needs promptly. Manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service scheduling to meet operational priorities. What you'll bring: Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues. Knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA refrigerant handling protocols, and HVAC/R codes compliance.
