Service Energy Solutions, LLC is a small, woman-owned business proudly serving Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. We specialize in providing reliable, energy-efficient HVAC, chiller, mechanical, and facility support for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Our team brings hands-on technical expertise and a strong focus on preventive maintenance, system optimization, troubleshooting, and repair services.
Position Overview:
Chiller Technician is responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial chiller systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance: inspecting equipment, checking refrigerant levels, replacing filters, recording maintenance, etc.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Diagnosing system problems, repair/replace faulty components, perform leak inspections, test system performance after repairs, etc.
Installation and Commissioning:
Assist with installation and start up procedures.
Requirements:
Universal EPA Card Understanding of the refrigeration cycle Willingness to learn Open to travel to neighboring states (company vehicle provided) Valid drivers license and clean driving record Applicants are subject to background check
Experience:
Preference for technicians with 5 or more years experience with heavy commercial or industrial chillers.
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
