What your role will look like Install HVAC equipment primarily in new residential homes; troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC equipment. Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspection and operate a company vehicle in a safe manner, in compliance with state/federal safety regulations and motor vehicle laws. Travel to customer locations in a safe manner and maintain a clean and organized vehicle. Present a neat, clean appearance, including maintaining a clean uniform. Support Eastern's policies and procedures, including maintaining required licensure, meeting state and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) requirements, and complying with all applicable regulatory standards. Work must be completed in a safe manner, including reporting of any/all unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately. Collaborate with team members, builders, and other subcontractors to ensure that work is completed safely, timely and efficiently. Completion of forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, and accurate manner. What you'll bring to this role
