Propane Technician

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Propane Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery, installation, and maintenance of propane systems. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of equipment, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a motivated individual who is open to learning various aspects of the propane and compressed gas industry Responsibilities Install, inspect, and maintain propane tanks, lines, and appliances in residential and commercial Troubleshoot and repair propane equipment, including regulators, valves, and piping systems using schematics and technical manuals Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding propane handling and storage Perform appliance repair related to heating systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and HVAC/R systems Lead service calls efficiently while providing clear communication to customers about system operation and safety procedures Maintain detailed records of service activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance documentation Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers with a Bobtail Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or refrigeration is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately Experience in construction or related fields that involve installing or maintaining mechanical systems is a plus Knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration technology, and equipment repair techniques Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to obtain necessary certifications for propane handling Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and safety compliance Join us as a Propane Technician if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service through technical expertise and leadership. Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
