Job Description

Continental Express Inc., is a full service transportation company that specializes in hauling refrigerated food products with a fleet of 550 trucks and 1300 trailers. We have a current need for a Refrigeration Technician to service and repair commercial refrigeration units on our fleet of trailers. • Schedule will be Monday to Friday from 4:30pm to 1:00am •
Primary Duties:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration equipment Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of systems Repair or replace defective components in refrigeration systems Test system performance and make necessary adjustments Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of refrigeration systems Proficient in using tools and equipment related to refrigeration repair Knowledge of HVAC systems and principles Must provide own hand tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
