Reefer Tech - Refrigeration Technician Reyes Fleet Management - 3.4 Grand Prairie, TX Job Details Full-time $35 - $39 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Life insurance Referral program Qualifications Company vehicle operation High school diploma or GED Hand tools Full Job Description Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Reefer Technician to repair and maintain the reefer units at our Reyes Beverage Group facility in Grand Prairie . You will primarily be working on Carrier equipment.
Shift:
Full-Time l Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay :

Position Responsibilities:
Diagnose, overhaul, adjust, and repair motor trucks and trailer equipment Test lines, components, and connections using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic test equipment Interpret complex schematics associated with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, identify warrantable repairs, and document them on the repair order Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions, provide additional support for preventative maintenance on tractor trailers, and inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and pliers, as well as power tools Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Education or General Education Degree with 3 plus years of related experience The ability to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit and also regularly lift or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift or move up to 100lbs Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement)
