Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment. Troubleshoot and repair refrigerators, freezers, coolers, and prep tables. Maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including fryers, laminators, and exhaust hoods. Replace belts, conveyor bands, rollers, and other mechanical components. Perform basic electrical repairs, including light fixtures, switches, outlets, and breakers. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues before they become costly repairs. Respond to emergency maintenance calls when needed. Keep maintenance records and report equipment issues. Travel between restaurant locations and the production facility as required.
