Responsibilities•Answer technical support phone calls and resolve installation & start-up questions Investigate and diagnose service problems, making corrective action recommendations Handle, process, and approve warranty claims per company guidelines Coordinate field warranty service calls with authorized refrigeration service companies Review and collect warranty and service data for ongoing analysis Make recommendations for product improvement based on collected data Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents Participate in cross-functional teams to improve products and processes Required Skills•5-7 years of refrigeration industry experience Licensed HVACR technician is a plus Proven customer service aptitude with strong phone etiquette Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong people management and time management skills Ability to travel to customer locations to provide field service support Proficiency with
