We are a growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) company seeking an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Specialist to support our restaurants throughout the state. Position Summary The HVAC/Refrigeration Specialist is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at multiple restaurant locations across the state. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our restaurants remain operational by minimizing equipment downtimes and responding promptly to service needs. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Service commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, reach-in coolers, and ice machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerator control systems.
• Recharge refrigerant systems and repair refrigerant leaks in compliance with EPA regulations
• Maintain detailed service records and complete work orders electronically.
• Coordinate with restaurant management regarding repair status and equipment needs.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Participate in an on-call relation for emergency service.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Qualifications
• Minimal of 5 years commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experience (QSR or restaurant experience preferred).
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing: ○ Walk-in coolers and freezers ○ Reach-in refrigeration ○ Ice machines ○ Rooftop HVAC units
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders and rooftops
• Willingness to travel extensively through the assigned stats. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with hot-side restaurant equipment is a plus.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Journeyman or HVAC/R certification. What We Offer
