Job Description

URGENT Full time
  • Refrigeration Container Technician
  • Seattle WA. Shift timings : 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift only
  • over time available Pay
  • $27 to $35 hourly (experience based), OT available as per state rules + benefits as below

DAY TO DAY
Perform comprehensive pre-trip inspections and diagnostics on refrigerated containers to ensure they are mission-ready. Execute complex mechanical and electrical repairs on refrigeration units and portable Gensets to maintain peak operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with logistics and shipping teams to prioritize repairs and meet critical container readiness deadlines. Maintain precise documentation of all inspections, maintenance actions, and inventory used to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
MUST HAVES
Proven technical experience diagnosing and repairing Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration systems and Gensets. Active EPA Certification and a valid driver s license. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical components within an industrial or shipping context. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and the willingness to obtain a Forklift Certification. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and a drug screen (strictly adhering to FRA cannabis-free regulations). This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
