Now Hiring:
Service Technician North Pole Coffee is looking for a full-time Service Technician to join our team! We're willing to train the right person. If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and have a passion for customer service and coffee, we'd love to meet you. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and ability to work well with customers and team members Reliable with excellent time management skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently  Ability to accurately complete paperwork and service documentation Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to obtain a vendor access pass for Fort Wainwright , Eielson Air Force Base and Fairbanks International Airport Mechanical aptitude or experience with hand tools is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate. Willingness to learn, complete required training, and continuously develop technical skills. Primary Responsibilities Repair, maintain, and install commercial coffee equipment, including brewers, traditional and automatic espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and related equipment Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace parts, and complete repairs both in the shop and at customer locations Provide outstanding customer service by communicating professionally with customers before, during, and after service visits Maintain accurate records of service work, equipment history, and customer-owned or company-owned assets Order parts and maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and commonly used service parts Keep the service vehicle, shop, trailers, and work areas clean, organized, stocked, and safe Complete required paperwork, service reports, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner Assist with warehouse, production, and general building maintenance projects as needed Complete required training and certifications while contributing to team goals and supporting other departments when necessary
