Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to respond to service requests as they come in. This role involves cleaning and pumping portable toilets, as well as deliveries and pickups of units to customers. Responsibilities Conduct cleaning and maintenance on portable toilets and wash stations Collaborate with coworkers to problem solve and ensure all orders are completed timely Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Requirements Be able to move a 180lb portable toilet Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
