In this energetic role, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery, utilizing your skills to assess damage, perform repairs, and ensure environments are safe, clean, and restored to their original condition. Your proactive approach will help clients recover swiftly from water damage, mold issues, and other restoration needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry where your expertise makes a real difference every day. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, repair, and construction activities involved in restoration projects Support mold remediation efforts by identifying mold growth and applying appropriate removal methods Complete basic drywall and cabinet repairs or have the ability to be trained quickly. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and progress updates for each project Experience Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is mandatory. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and or mold remediation processes is a strong plus Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction skills necessary for repairs and demolition Understanding of safety protocols related to hazardous material handling is advantageous Ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients throughout the restoration process We are looking to hire 2 good people for our team as soon as possible.
