Our foundation is built on "T.I.E": Teamwork Innovation Execution Role Overview Besender is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician I to support basic inspection, repair, and testing of electronic products in a reverse logistics environment. This is an entry-level role with training provided. Job Responsibilities Perform basic inspection and repair of returned electronic products Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete repair tasks Conduct functional testing after repair to ensure product quality Accurately record repair results and update system data Maintain tools, parts, and a clean work environment Escalate complex issues to senior technicians Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in warehouse, assembly, or hands-on work preferred Basic familiarity with electronic devices (e.g., small appliances, consumer electronics) Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
