In this role, you will provide top-quality service support, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs and inspections in the field. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, product performance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Diagnose and complete warranty and non-warranty repairs Perform adjustments, part replacements, measurements, and testing Prepare tools and materials before service visits Document all work and findings accurately Assess installation issues and communicate solutions Maintain service vehicle organization and cleanliness Operate lifts and work at heights safely Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE Qualifications Strong communication skills Experience with hand and power tools as well as measurement devices Basic computer and mobile app proficiency Ability to work under pressure and independently Ability to lift and/or carry from 30-75 lbs.
