Duties Perform diagnostics and repairs on various mobile devices including Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Use schematics and technical manuals to identify issues with device hardware and software components. Conduct soldering and other delicate repairs on circuit boards to restore device functionality. Troubleshoot operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve software glitches. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mobile devices accurately. Provide technical support to customers in retail or field service settings, explaining repair processes clearly. Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure optimal performance before returning them to customers. Requirements Proven experience repairing mobile devices with strong analysis skills to identify issues efficiently. Knowledge of operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Proficiency with soldering techniques and working with computer hardware components. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting software problems. Ability to use hand tools effectively for delicate repairs on small electronic parts. Strong customer service skills for providing clear technical support in retail or field environments. Prior experience in equipment repair or electronics field service is highly desirable.
