This is an all-around position for someone who can assist with some light phone and computer repairs(will train while also helping us increase sales and improve our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Perform common smartphone, tablet, and computer repairs Assist customers with repairs, phone purchases, and prepaid wireless services Organize phones, repair parts, accessories, and store inventory Enter inventory and customer information into our computer system Create and post content for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and online marketplaces Photograph and advertise phones available for sale Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store Follow up with customers and help generate repeat business

What We're Looking For:

Some experience repairing smartphones or computers Familiarity with iPhones, Android phones, tablets, and laptops Comfortable using social media and online selling platforms Good customer-service and communication skills Organized, honest, dependable, and self-motivated Able to work independently and take initiative Willing to learn new repair, sales, and marketing skills

Compensation:

This position includes a guaranteed hourly base rate plus opportunities to earn commission from qualifying sales, repairs, accessories, and business generated through marketing. The more value you help create for the store, the more you can earn. The commission structure and performance goals will be clearly explained during the interview.

Schedule:

Part-time position Monday through Saturday availability preferred Store hours: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview

Mobilecom is a local phone and computer repair shop serving La Mesa and the surrounding San Diego communities. We provide device repairs, sell quality pre-owned phones and accessories, and offer prepaid wireless services.
