O2 Employment Services is working with a locally owned hot tub and spa company to find their next Service Technician in Redding, CA. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting, and is comfortable working directly with customers. Service Technician Compensation & Schedule $18 per hour Part-time, long-term opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered through O2 Employment Services Service Technician Qualifications Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools Must be able to read and use a voltmeter Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Hot tub or spa service experience is a plus Comfortable working outdoors and at customers' homes Dependable, professional, and customer-service focused Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Service Technician Responsibilities Perform service calls at customers' homes Diagnose and repair hot tubs, spas, and related equipment Use a voltmeter to troubleshoot electrical issues Inspect and service pumps, heaters, controls, and other components Complete spa cleaning, draining, and routine maintenance Assist with delivering and installing hot tubs and spa equipment Maintain accurate service records Explain repairs and maintenance needs clearly to customers Keep tools, equipment, parts, and work areas clean and organized Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
